★°COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE°★

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service listed down below.
Any statement can be bound to change.

♦ General Terms ♦

♦ Please write in a clear and nice manner.
♦ If possible Provide references Digital / Flat Colored.
♦ I will adapt your character to my art style, i will not copy another artist's style if asked to. (This does not include famous styles, for example: Cuphead, FNF, Bendy, FNAF and other famous game styles or series.)
♦ The commissioned art is for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted unless it’s previously agreed upon.
♦ You have the right to post the finished commission artwork wherever you want (even NSFW commissioned) art as long as the credit is given to me.
♦ If you would like the commission to be private and not posted in my portfolio, Please let me know and we will agree first.
♦ Do NOT remove my watermarks or signatures.
♦ The customer has the right to the full resolution PNG file. The PNG file can be uploaded via Discord, via Mediafire, or via Google Drive download link.
♦ You certify that you own or have permission to use the character(s) you’re asking for commission of. (this does not include canonical characters, only OC's).
♦ Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

♦ Payment ♦

♦ All commissions must all be paid upfront. Or if you prefer, you can pay half first and the rest when you receive a commission sketch before completion.
♦ Prices's currency is USD.
♦ Payment must be made via PayPal or payonner.
♦ I'll only start working on it once payment is received.
♦ Additional 100% base price for any extra character.
♦ Any big changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
♦ The complexity can increase the value of the artwork. This can and should be discussed and agreed before payment.

♦ Process ♦

♦ Commissioners will receive a sketch before the piece is finished.
♦ Sketch phase is the only one where major changes can be asked.
♦ Only 3 free major changes will be allowed, more than that costs $5 per change. So, be as clear and objective as possible when describing what you want, references for pose, clothes or anything you want.
♦ Attention, i don't fix anatomy or my art style, if you don't like how i drew body, ear, feet or anything related to anatomy, well I'm sorry because that's my way.
♦ If I have to redraw the piece entirely again, an extra fee will be charged.
♦ The deadline to finish the art and send it to the customer is 30 days after payment confirmation.
♦ I work with orders, so if there are more orders before yours i need to finish these orders so i can start yours.
♦ I politely ask to not be rushed. Rushing the artist and constantly asking for updates causes me to feel pressured and unmotivated to work under pressure. Please be patient! i'll try my best to finish your commission as soon as possible!
♦ Do not commission me if you're impatient. I always aim to take less than a month to get the piece finished, always be sure to check my "Waiting List".
♦ You can charge me if you paid for the commission and your name was not on the "Waiting list".
♦ You can only charge me if the delivery deadline is reached.
♦ Let me know if you need the commissioned art for a specific deadline. Or else, i'll work on it on my regular schedule. (An extra fee will be charged if I must work with a deadline).

♦ Cancelling / Refound ♦

♦ Refunds are only allowed on the sketch phase, only 80% of the payment is refundable to avoid scam.
♦ In case i feel like i can't complete your commission for any reason, you'll be refunded based on the Commission progress.
♦ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received, only if there is an error on my part.
